Ross Hammond started RJH Consulting (East Sussex) Ltd in 2018 with the sole aim of providing a professional and trustworthy ‘one stop shop’ for customers of all sizes who require a management input to:

· new construction/development projects;

· refurbishment and renovation projects; 

· or simply professional building surveying advice.

Ross’ background is in Construction and Project Management working mainly in the UK and with some experience in Europe. His early career saw him working for the NHS and subsequently in Private Health Care where he managed the delivery of large Capital Projects including new Hospital Builds for Nuffield Health Care.

Ross’ academic qualifications have majored on Construction and Surveying which led him to become professionally qualified in 1995 as a Chartered Building Surveyor.

In 1998, Ross switched his career focus from Health Care Capital Projects to the delivery of major Residential and Mixed-Use schemes predominately in London but also in other key cities within the UK. He worked at Director level for organisations such as Taylor Woodrow; Berkeley Homes; St George South London; and Redrow Homes, before becoming self-employed. 

Ross has held the position of Construction Director; Technical Director; Production Director; and Managing Director during his Corporate based placements.

Being a professionally qualified Chartered Surveyor, Ross took the opportunity of setting up his own business in 2018 operating from the South East of England. He now provides a Project Management Consultancy service for several large development organisations operating in London and the South East. During this time, he has helped to drive forward his principles and belief that professionalism and integrity is at the heart of everything when overseeing construction/development projects on behalf of his clients. RJH Consulting continues to grow as a Company and is now undertaking exemplar projects for major clients.
